Seafaring

Our favourite team building at sea starts with donning a wetsuit, which is already a unique experience for many. Next, teams of 8 to 10 people are divided into dinghies, armed with paddle and life jacket, to brave the sea. When the sea is wild, sea rafting is an exciting adventure. The waves can hurl people out of the boat, with it up to the team to help them back on board. Even in calm seas, sea rafting is ideal for team building. Experienced monitors organise a competition between boats, with a mix of fun, strength, cooperation and balance. A new experience that is fun and accessible to all!
