Fencing workshop

En garde, with all the trimmings. This comprehensive workshop includes an introduction about fencing sports, equipment and techniques. Each participant is given a personal kit: vest, mask, glove and sabre. Explanations are followed by exercises in footwork and basic techniques. Next, participants can duel and immediately apply the learned techniques in a small competition. The workshop ends with a balloon fight between teams. Fun, concentration, team spirit and stress resistance are guaranteed. And you will learn a lot about this fast and tactical martial art.
